Welcome to the Fred Anderson Toyota Service Department
We are pleased to serve you. Whether you’re coming in for a repair or simply standard maintenance, we’ll put your mind at ease. Feel free to wait in our comfortable lounge with wireless internet. If you have some errands to run or if you need to get to work, our shuttle can give you a lift.
Shuttle Service: Our shuttle operates within a 20-mile radius. It can take you home, shopping, to work, or anywhere else you choose. It departs from the dealership at 7:30am and drops off until 3:00pm and picks up until 4:30pm Monday-Saturday.
Waiting Area: We want you to be comfortable while you wait for your vehicle. So, while you wait, feel free to take advantage of our complimentary Danishes, coffee, water, and relaxing furniture to make your wait enjoyable. And if you want to get some work done, don’t forget your laptop. We provide free wireless internet access to all of our customers.
How to schedule an appointment:
There are two simple and convenient ways to book an appointment. Although we do accept drive-ups, to ensure prompt service, we recommend that you book an appointment in one of the two ways listed below.
You can select “schedule service” from the service menu option at the top of this page. From there you can enter your information, list the services you want performed, and pick a time that is convenient for you. Your appointment will then be immediately added into our system, so that even if the appointment is in a few minutes, we’ll be ready for you.
You can also call our office at (919) 571-5061. We have several service coordinators standing by to help you book an appointment at a time that works best for you. Our department hours are listed at the top of this page.
When coming in for your appointment:
Please pull into the dealership and take a right after passing through the gate. You will see our large service tunnel. Please pull in, and a service representative will assist you.
Once the vehicle attendant has gotten your information, you can go into the Service Center to meet your Assistant Service Manager who will be assisting you. Once he/she has gone over the details with you, you can either take our shuttle or wait in our comfortable waiting area. Your Assistant Service Manager will call you or come and tell you when your vehicle is ready.
